1、Assist in completing the company’s business lines from strategic planning, business design to promoting the implementation, including but not limited to development planning, business strategy, distribution and allocation of human, financial and material resources, process maps and system business function planning.
2、In-depth understanding of the company’s experience & service development strategy, research and analysis of industry benchmarks, and make effective suggestions for product experience upgrade.
3、In-depth understanding of domestic and international customer service system, achieving the best match from the perspective of service targets, service content/standards, service channels and operational support.
4、Improve and upgrade product effectiveness, and propose solutions to problems in planning and implementation.
5, through planning and design, cross-departmental collaboration, and ultimately continuously improve the user experience.
1、Ability to work in English and accept travel.
2、3 years and above working experience, with background in first-tier international consulting companies, proficient in business planning, business operation process optimization and reengineering and other methodologies and project management experience.
3、good at cross-departmental communication and teamwork, able to effectively decode strategic intent into business planning and tracking support.
4、Ability to do both research planning and in-depth business problem solving.
5、Be able to bear the work pressure and recognize the value of continuously improving user experience.
